There was a problem on the pen's button, I thought it would be easy to replace it, turns out wacom ctl-470 compatible pens cost around 80 bucks. I ended up just buying a new tablet (it's a XP-Pen Deco 01, its specs are better than some 200 dollar wacom intuos pros. and this one only cost me 55 dollars, which is even less than the pen.)
